On Nov. 24, 2009, Mao Rubo, Director of Environmental and resources protection committee，NPC, and Former Party Secretary of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region paid a visit to Ruohang (Nanjing)   Base and had a talk with Lv Yong, President of Ruohang Group.
